Lean, green, running machine. That is how this smoothie will make you feel. I was doubtful at first about using kale in a smoothie but the other ingredients made it so that it was actually a surprisingly sweet smoothie. I added more peanut butter (of course! ) than the recipe required so you can customize the recipe any way that you would like. For those of you who do not like the taste of kale, this smoothie is for you! You can still get the health benefits from kale without tasting it in the smoothie.
